| As this it appears we are not going to get many shows, what's your thoughts on a pub grub in August ?
The only event we have in the diary is Little Grandsen Airshow on Aug 26th so maybe a pub visit on Aug 12th ? Failing this we could possibly have a run out to the coast if the weather was okay but this would be peak holiday season so could cause lots of issues.
Anyway thoughts ?

| Hi Ian, the 12th is looking good for us. We are away the bank holiday weekend, so won`t be at the Lt Gransden show this year. As you say, a run to the coast in August is probably not a good idea, with all those little ankle biters about | |

| Been asking around about this, and a few people have shown interest.
With shows very thin on the ground this year, our next outing not until 26th August, seems like a good excuse for a Sunday lunch. Venue will be The Foldgate Inn, Stadsett as usual and will be for 12 noon.
Fancy it ? Please let me know so I can get numbers for the pub.

| Am unable to make that date Ian. As an alternative to lunch have you considered the Classic Vehicle Show at Mildenhall Stadium IP28 8QU www.rdcpromotions.com ? Vintage, classic, American, bikes etc. There is live music to keep you happy and camping ( I think that's something to do with being effeminate but not sure) which will keep some others happy. Nice central venue and a bit further away is Cromer Carnival American & Custom Car Show. The 88 and 9 rule. | |

The 88 and 9 rule. Thanks for the two leads Peter. The Mildenhall event is a possibility. What does everyone think ? Mildenhall Classic Car Show Reminder (added July 25) While on the subject of the second weekend of August at Mildenhall Stadium, we would again like to remind everyone that Sunday, August 12 is the date of the third annual Mildenhall Stadium Classic Car Show.
Once again the show is a very unique one combining both a traditional classic car display with classic stockcar racing on the track.
The static display will open in the morning in the stadium’s main car park and is open to all classic car, bike and race car owners. There is no need to pre book and everyone will be welcome on the day.
Then in the afternoon while the static display is on going there will also be entertainment inside the stadium with the BriSCA F1 and F2 Heritage Stockcars once again making the trip to Mildenhall to race in the afternoon in what is becoming one of the highlights of their season.

| Pub meet may be better for us, as have family commitment a bit later in the day, so wouldn`t be able to commit for an all day event, but happy to go along with whatever. | |

| Well with only 4 replies, 2 can't make and 2 votes for pub then I guess it will be pub.
Looking like only 5 of us though.
