Sunday 25th April, Thurston, Bury St Edmunds.

I know that some of you have already booked on-line for this show, but I have got 15 passes for a club stand safely sitting on my computer ready to print off.

Maybe we should start to get some numbers together for this one as I know the organisers are very tight on room for this show. It's only fair that we let them know if we have spare passes then they can allocate them to someone else.

So who wants one of my lovely 'club stand' passes ??? lol!

Well it looks as if I will only need 5 of the 15 passes I arranged. I'll leave it another week of so before contacting the organiser.

That looks like a good meeting place prior to heading to the show. Map here.

I will post details round the group in about a weeks time, but would say to meet there at about 9.15 to leave at 9.30am. Thanks for sorting that out Paul.

Well dispite a wet start, the weather finally got it's act together and I believe a good time was had by all.

Thanks to those who attended. Our little stand had a regular supply of visitors during the day, including one old guy who had a Yugo and thought it may be a future classic !!! lol!

I understand from Peter that we may have tempted another couple to our next meeting so here's hoping. Certainly a very good mix of cars at the show, and a very good atmosphere from everyone I spoke to.

One final question : Phil where were you ???????? Cars on the Green 2010 25th April Confused

Haven't heard from you lately, have them aliens got you ?Cars on the Green 2010 25th April Alienabduct

Ian, I trust that you pointed the guy with the Yugo affraid over to Mr Simpson`s stand. Just up his street lol!

Anyway, this thread is no good without Pictures No

Chatsworth was execellent with over 650 TVR`s attending. Weather was wet going up and wet comming back, but luckily sunshine at the show. So, the Sag go washed and polished twice yesterday Laughing

How many vehicles did Andy take in the end?

Andy didn't show. He had said to me that he was running out of time getting his 'fleet' ready for the Rushden event, and so may not make it. We ended up with myself and Peter with the Vettes, Paul and Sue with the Chimaera, Jim and Kim with their Audi and finally Chris (5mudge) with his new Suzuki Swift gti.

Mr Simpson couldn,t be asked to attend the show apparantely. Sorry no pictures from me, I didn't pick up my camera. Maybe one of the others managed to snap some.

Glad you had a good day at Chatsworth, it seems to get a bigger event each year. Are you attending Rushden next weekend ?
